Uprexk ("the Service") is non-custodial automated-trading software. We never take custody of your funds. You connect your own exchange account using your own API keys, and the Service places orders on your account, on your behalf, per your configuration. We are a software provider, not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or fund manager.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use automated-trading software and to trade crypto assets in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and exchange terms that apply to you.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide trade-only API keys with withdrawal disabled.
Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Understand the strategy and risk before enabling any bot, especially with real funds.
Monitor your account; automated systems can fail, and markets can move violently.

The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Strategy parameters, backtests, and any figures shown are informational only. We store: your email, a hashed password (never the plaintext), your exchange API keys encrypted at rest, your bot configuration, and bot activity/trade logs.
